Kaspersky...going round in circles!

Does anyone else have problems with Kaspersky?
I logged onto pc today, and told Kaspersky needed to update/databases obsolete...did this, rebooted, got same message, again and again.
Ive done full system scan, etc. We have Kaspersky booting up on start up, but is really annoying as it slows down pc.
This happens daily..am on verge of buying Norton Antivirus and doing away with Kaspersky even though months left on registration :(

sounds like you have update set to manual instead of automatic or scheduled, easiest thing to do is go to settings and set update to automatic.
