music download sites?

hi could anyone tell me a safe and preferably cheap/free music download site that i can use instead of using limewire because i know it has caused a lot of problems for my friends computers, and i keep getting warned away from it, although i have been using it on and off for 6 years my pc has had a lot of viruses cleaned from it over the years and i dont trust the content in limewire anymore. i get loads of sites if i google it, but i'd like tried and trusted ones please...regards.

Probably advisable to do a malwareytes scan (most up to date definitions) and running a hijack this log... What antivirus have you been running?

ive been using norton antivirus, i always keep it up to date.

Its enough for me to build a compilation of my classics from Floyd to Jarre, and have them play back to me a good nights worth of my favourite songs, Legally and Free,

So it can only be worth paying for all the !!!! we hear in the charts. Should it cost me a fee to do this "legally", I may as well pay the fee.

Nobody should risk doing it "illegally" (Which MSE is rightfully strict on) any posts with links to illegal sites will be deleted, and could risk a PPR.

Hope norton has caught everything. Malwarebytes is free to download and use so if you have a spare moment worth doing!
