The current guide to reclaiming bank charges which explains the principle of the 'Human Argument' was, iirc, first published the beginning of February 2010.
Cos no one in their right mind uses that terminology so the FOS would not understand it so I guess I spent months understanding a clarifying with the Lending Standards Board their definition of financial hardship. Furthermore, I hadn't realised they got rid of the financial hardship guide which was separate to the reclaiming.
I've no idea why you hadn't seen it until a month ago; it was mentioned both on the forum and in the MSE newsletter at the time of publication ... not to mention the umpteen times I've quoted from and linked to the said MSE article in various responses ever since.
I know financial hardship since I was advising on that for most of the time you were enjoying yourself on the gas and electricity boards last year prior to the SC judgement and your new enjoyment on here.
Do try to keep up!
I like your end bit...the come on sonny, react so I can say something back....love ya Premier cos you are more entertaining these days than you were back in November 2009 when you knew nothing, spouted nothing and were shot down in flames. These days, though, I can appreciate you more these days(keeps me on my toes). Awwwww, bless.0 -
Are you suggesting MSE Martin is not in his right mind? :eek:natweststaffmember wrote: »Cos no one in their right mind uses that terminology... .
Be careful. With LB having taken the stance it has on bank charges, and CAG already denying you posting privileges, you may end up on PC ... at least you'll all be of a similar mind over there

Premier, I am saying I strongly disagree with the use of that terminology. CAG have banned me, Premier(keep up man!!!). Legal Beagles are still in the bank charges campaign(but they are looking at the future of banking not the historic charges of banking cos that was the point of the bank charges campaign in part as well, ie a fairer banking system). I am already on PC(do you not know the name NATTY on Stephen Hone's site??). I am on Consumer Credit Support(as Nattie) and I am on British Consumer(as NatWestStaffMember), plus whatconsumer forums as Nattie and Consumer corner as NatWeststaffmember(I think cos it's been a while on that forum. I don't just sit on MSE cos that would mean that I might miss stuff from other forums.
Anymore issues Premier?0
