Primus £2.50 per month

I moved my landlines calls to Primus joining up in May with Martins top tip as I was suppose to be getting £2 credit a month from them but in fact they are charging me £2.50. What went wrong?

I too signed up with Primus through Uswitch and went with Primus package 2 so that I would received £15 credit every quarter, I am paying £2.99 per month, I have been with them over 3 months. I emailed both Primus and Uswitch but have had no reply from either0

They have paid some people automatically but others, like me, had to ring up.
I was told it was 3 full months before they would credit you which means you must have had your forth bill from them.
