If you have Tesco Clubcard points, you can use them to offset the cost of RAC cover.

I use them and save £100 per year.

Another reason I originally chose the RAC was that, if you need recovery, they take you home in one hit. The AA takes you home in a series of trips from depot to depot... or at least they used to.

Yes, there are twenty seven different options with Clubcard.

There is no shortcut to reading the titles/descriptions and choosing the option that suits you and your situation best.

Not sure what you mean by that.

Do you mean "can you buy it for someone else"?

In which case the answer is on all of the twenty seven summaries...
An RAC membership makes the perfect gift!

We’ll send you a blank form - just add the details of the person you want to give it as a gift to!

last week we broke down on m5 only 1 mile from services, and only 2 miles from home, we live a mile away from services, anyway aa sent out local recovery man and told him to take us just the mile to the services, and they would send out somebody else to take us the other mile:eek:, even though they knew we had 3 children one of whom is only 7 weeks old:mad:, luckily for us the guy who came saw sense when he arrived and 7 week old baby is screaming for food we did not have, but what a joke that could have ended up being

I have been with the RAC for 30 years. I've called them out on numerous occasions. They have always been quick and efficient.

It looks like they haven't changed then. I had an ordeal like that all the way from Penrith to Swindon.

It is obviously isn't called AA Relay for nothing!
