BLT Beds - warning

In January I took advantage of the after-Christmas sales and ordered a bed. All the beds I looked at were cheapest at BLT Beds online (even after Quidco, which it doesn't have, were taken into account :money:). (We're not in the UK but local beds only come with thin foam mattresses and in double-size and we wanted a nice mattress and a larger bed.)
The bed had what they said was a 3-5 week lead time. But five weeks after ordering, when I'd heard nothing, I called them and they promised to call me back. They didn't, but two days later emailed me to say they had a delay of 7 weeks from that date (so I would be waiting 12 weeks). By that time all the other sales had ended so I couldn't have bought the same bed elsewhere for anywhere near the cost, so I agreed.
8 weeks after I tried calling again, to be told that they had the mattress and were waiting for the frame. 9 weeks after (end of March by this time) I called again and was told that there was a delay in getting hold of my mattress but the frame was there!! I pointed out that the week before they'd said the exact opposite, and the guy couldn't get off the phone quick enough.
They outsource their deliveries, and we had the bed shipped to a third-party carrier to come to us in mainland Europe. Their delivery people were given our bed and held onto it for two weeks before contacting our carrier to arrange delivery. They then said that they only deliver to a specific area when they have a full van to go there, so they couldn't guarantee when it would turn up! This is now the middle of April (remember my 3-5 week lead time from the beginning of January?) and two weeks later they delivered two boxes and a mattress to my carrier, who delivered it on May 5th, fully four months after we'd ordered it. We then threw out our old bed to make room for the new one and set to building the new bed.
The end, right? NO! The two boxes were only half the bed; the rest had got lost somewhere along the way. Our carrier had signed for two boxes, but when I contacted BLT Beds they insisted that their delivery people had delivered the whole thing and either I was being lied to by my carrier or I was making it up.
Their delivery people eventually admitted having outsourced delivery of our bed to some guy with a van and sent one of our missing boxes on to our carrier. The final missing box has just been located ... with their delivery people, precisely where I've been telling them it was for three weeks  The BLT Beds guy has just sent me an email telling me he has proof all four boxes have been delivered from his delivery guy - who at the same time is telling my carrier that they'll deliver the missing box overnight or in the next couple of days.
It's not just the complete incompetence of half a lost bed that's making me so angry - it's the total lack of service from BLT Beds. They have never yet returned a phone call, have been increasingly rude by email, and have told me I'm a liar for claiming that half my bed is missing.
Oh, and we have to pay the additional costs for the extra shipment because they claim the mistake isn't their responsibility.

I also had a bad experience with BLT beds. After purchasing a bed on line I was called 2 weeks later that the price was incorrect on their website and I'd have to pay £280+ extra for the bed.
I cancelled the bed and asked to reimbursed. After nearly two weeks I still haven't received my refund.
I have just be informed by the company (after calling a number of times) that I should receive the refund in the next few days.
I asked for this to be confirmed in writing but of course... nothing has been received.
I would avoid BLT Beds at all costs!0
