Margaretclare is quite right in everything she says. It seems the obvious thing for him to sell his property. I have been giving a lot of thinking time lately to my will as there could be a problem with inheritance tax and it needs sorting as I have a problem with my heart and try to have a realistic view of life expectancy etc. When it comes to making a will it can all become very emotive. I have discussed it briefly with the three people concerned, my two children and OH but as a result of some of the responses have decided to just do it (with Willaid of course
) and keep the details to myself. 0
