Maybe so, but it is better than some incoherent automaton somewhere on the Indian continent.;)TBH their call centre IMHO is on par with Vanquis. Booooo
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0 -

You say that but IME Barclaycard's offshore CS is better than Sygma's inland CS... The last time I called Barclaycard CS they refunded the £10 incorrectly applied interest.
Similar thing happend with Sygma (as the agent who originally put the BT through, didn't put it on the 0% deal) and no one in the call centre had authority to sort it out... I had to wait a fortnight instead - twice, because the first time the "fixed" it they hadn't...Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

Never had an issue with Sygma bank yet, always been very helpful and their online system works ok other than the fact they are upgrading it a present so I get the odd time when I can't log in.
Suppose everybody has different experience from Bank to Bank, however in the past my dealings with 'foreign' call centre staff have been very unpleasant to the point I would just hang up on them or go to a branch if available. Luckily all of my cards and current accounts are held with banks that do not operate 'foreign' call centres.:)Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? I to say I've never had a Sygma related problem. The most time I've ever spent on hold is a couple of minutes.
I have a couple of cards with them. The website for card management is a little clunky but I've been advised that it's being upgraded and the new site will be live in the next month or so.
I'd highly recommend Sygma.never eat yellow snow0
