How long is it taking to receive new paperwork after renewing by phone?

not sure exactly but we did ours via post 2 weeks ago and still nothing! Had a random amount paid in today so guessing its an underpayment or something?0

Hiya .
i renewed by phone on 29th April , new payments were sorted within a week and yet we only received our paperwork on Saturday 22nd May.
