Sky Credit Card Customer service - Ask for a Manager

Got my first statment from Sky Credit card last week and they'd charged me £25 for a Payment break plan that I didn't want.
So today I called them up to tell them.

Got through to what I presume was India.

Me: I have been charged £25 for a payment break plan that I didn't want
Them: Ok, I shall cancel that for you and you wont be charged again
Me: well I didn't want to be charged in the first place
Them: I cannot do anything about that, but you will not be paying forthcoming payments
Me: Well I'd like to speak to a manager please as I'd like a refund for this
Them: Ok, Hold on...

Same lady: Ok, I have refunded the amount to your account.

So ask for a manager and all the powers of the telephonist are increased!!! :rotfl:
