Paypal fob-off

I posted a while back about a seller and mentioned that I was putting in a claim about her as what I'd bought from her hadn't arrived.

I reported her to both ebay and paypal, and paypal told me that I was entitled to a refund and that it would be applied in up to 5 days.

I waited - and actually forgot about it - and realised 2 weeks after that nothing had been returned. I emailed - Paypal took ages getting back, but they told me that they hadn't been able to get a refund back from the seller - and that I should basically report her to ebay again.

.... that can't be it, surely. Please tell me there is something else I can do....?

If you paid by credit card you can go to them and make a claim.

    Thank you :D

I'm not so much bothered about the money - well, I am - but it's only £8, I'm more bothered about her 'getting away with it'.

    I guess I'm just petty. :P

As long as you've reported them and left a neg, you've done your bit :)
