Hi guys,
I recently made an order with sports direct which came to £16.97 including postage. It maintained this price through all the different stages and then after I inputted my card details I was greeted with an error page and my basket was empty. Assuming my order was canceled and not being up for going through the hassle of everything again I just left it.
However, i've just recieved an order confirmation from sports direct and they appear to have charged me £20.98 doubling the price of one item from £4 to £8! Do I have any leg to stand on? I suppose there's no way of proving that the item was £4 when it was in my basket

what is it on the website? if £4 point this out and they should refund the money, otherwise just return the item under the distance selling regulations, just keep in mind you may have to pay for return postage so take that into account if you look at cheaper alternatives.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
it was advertised as £4 on the homepage yesterday so i think they should know it was £4Merry Christmas MSE!0
