Bestaway fast pool set filling up problem

Bestaway 8ft fast ser round pool,

I have a 8ft pool where I blowed the ring up, then place on grass. I tried to set up but the water only fill 1/4 before it overfolows out. why is this? the ring was blown up and water pipe put into the pool.

Also there is no way it going to fill in 10 mins, with normal water pressure from tap it seems to take hours , why is this?

Its probably the way its folded inside underneath the ring. With mine (I also have a 8ft bestaway pool) I make sure once its in place I go around pushing the base out from underneath the ring with my feet (barefoot!). Then as its filling I go around making sure its rising evenly by pulling it upwards all around (or anywhere it seems to be lower). Mine takes about four hours to fill normally, so I make sure I do it when I'm going to be in the garden for a few hours.

thanks safesound yes that what it must be there were crease all over, i just went to fill it not pushing the base out.

will have to drain out. On draining i cannot find the place where I can attached the drain adapter?

Also what chemical do I use to keep water clean, don't want to spend lots on machines etc, just something cost effective and easy to do?

Once the water filled do you just top up every week or so?
