My OH has just applied on-line for a Nat West Card and got a message stating that they cannot give a decision at this time and will contact her in 10days.
She then got another page displayed headed Pre-Contract information with the T&C and a reference number.
Would anyone know if this is a favourable sign, or is this common practice

I think its just a common practice , so if you are accepted it will save time before getting your card , hope this helps0
