Dell web-cam inspiron 1525 please help?

I cant seem to get my web cam to work, Im trying to video call with someone on Skype.
I think its been turned off some-how but I dont know how to turn it on.
Please help

I went to (control panel>hard drive and sound>device manager) under device manager on my laptop the 8th slot down says Imaging Devices and if you click the box to the side it should drop down and ahould say "Laptop Integrated Webcam" if you double click that a box should come up and there should be 3 tabs in the top left corner. If you click driver it will give you the options of "Driver Details, Update Driver, Disable, Uninstall" if you click disable and then click okay then it will change to enable. Click enable and click okay at the bottom of the window. It willthen ask if you would like to restart the computer. Restart it and the webcam should be working when it turns back on.
