Bump in a car park

Happened to me too years back. Woman leaving the full car park suddenly noticed a space coming empty and reversed a long way back at speed into the front of my car She was all over me apologising at the time though she looked a bit sneaky when I got a bit of paper and wrote down her reg no. I got a phone number from her and kept ringing but never got an answer and then the phone was cut off! Luckily I had a witness who had been in the queue behind me and got out to see if I was ok. He gave me a statement which I sent to my insurer with the womans car reg. I got paid out after some faffing about with her saying I rammed her!

Dunno why scumbag people insist on 50/50 when they know they're in the wrong and don't just hold their hands up and say my fault, their NCB is going to be affected regardless, so why ruin someone elses while they're at it?
