Uploading documents to a website

Hi Guys,

As above, I need to upload some documents to a website to get some help.
The one I uploaded to photobucket from my pc (a scan) is a good readable size. However, no matter how I seem to link to it from photobucket, it's only about a third of it's size on the forum, so you can't read the writing properly - any ideas??

Also, how can I get a pdf from my pc to a forum?

If the forum doesn't allow attachments then instead upload your pdf to a file hosting site and post the link.
There's lots of sites to choose from, such as MediaFire.
