A word of warning about PixDiscount....I placed my first order with them a few months ago and received my prints in just over a week. However, 10 days later I received a duplicate set of the exact same prints..... I had not ordered a second set.
I wrote to the company when I noticed that I had also been charged twice for this order and received the standard.... we will get back to you within 3 days response. I waited and heard nothing. After a week I wrote to them again, and once more received the standard reply and nothing else.
Given that they offer a "no quibble - money back guarantee" I suspect this offer is virtually worthless and they can take liberties with your credit card information. I guess I am now going to have to take it up with my credit card supplier.... BUT BE WARNED about the non-existent customer service from PixDiscount. They have made no attempt to contact me and clearly have no intention of refunding me for the duplicated order that I had not placed.

I sent a DVD with a heap of photos to Pixdiscount recently. Cost a couple of quid to post as they are in France. A week later came a curt e-mail.
We are unable to read your DVD.....
( DVD was tested before dispatch )
No support whatsoever so I sent them to Photobox instead, got great picts back and they got the £80 odd quid instead.qui tacet consentire -
