Hello, has anyone else experienced this? I entered loads of comps (nearly all from here) including trying to win concert tickets for my parents. I was really excited to wake up to an answerphone message from someone who said they were from the 02 saying i had won a pair of lady gaga tickets. She said their number is in yellow pages and give her a call (but only left her first name). Excitedly I rung back, to be told they wouldn't be able to track anyone down with just a first name, but gave me an email address. they said there have been no lady gaga promotions, asked various questions but it looks like there will be no tickets. I'm really disapointed as I got all excited- the date on the concert is also 2 days after my mums birthday, on their wedding anniversary and 2 weeks before my dads birthday so perfect timing for a gift too! Has anyone else experienced this?
Best wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card

Possibly a wind-up?
Did they claim to be calling from the O2 London or did you (hopefully) win tickets for the performance at the O2?
I think Orange were running a competion and there must have been others and I assume they would contact you directly and not leave it to the O2 (but I have never heard of having to look a number up to return a WTC).0 -
this month i had two winning calls for concert tickets one was for two tickets to see rihanha and was a short notice,i coudnt go,they were so nice and told to pass to someone but i had only five minutes so i couldnt gave it to anyone,ds had exam in next day so gone lost but they called me even half and hour before concert to ask again if i could go,so nice of them
the sec win was in my ds name they told him you won, congratulation and no more information on that at all,he didnt ask because i entered for him he didnt want the guy to think that he had no knowledge of the comp so he didnt ask,so the ticket gone ,
all i am trying to say some of them are very nice and let you know all details some just assume that you know and thats it,before you know the phone conversation finished you dont have time to ask a question
hopefully something good will come to youA rule of the universe is, the more you give, the more you get0
