Luke warm water at Tap

I've had a brand new 172 litre Navitron Thermal Store delivered and fitted by a friend this week to replace a 12Kw Redring Powerstream.

All has gone well, apart from one thing. When you turn the hot tap on, about 15 litres of gorgeous hot water comes out and then it starts to cool down and maintains a steady 38-40 degrees, I thought it might be running through the heat exchanger too quickly but the temp remains the same no matter how fast or slow the how tap is running. The thermal store is full of hot water, thermostats on the elements set to 70 degrees. I thought the Temperature Mixing valve was set too low so I turned that to max with little to no difference.

There appears to be nothing wrong with the flow of water though the Thermal Store, fills a bath within 5 minutes.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Problem resolved.. The thermostats on the immersion heaters needed to be re-ranged. They were set to 70 degrees but were clicking off at about 50. Taking the cap off the thermostat rod, taking off the pointer and putting it on at a lower rate fixed this. Now have hot water at the taps

lol - No just didn't get back to update the forum, however the luke warm water was better than the electric on demand system I had previously
