No problem, I hope everyone found something, funnily enough I also bought one what you pictured above and cheekily used staff discount!

Also saw some 10pk of Sandpaper that was reduced to 27p from over £1 but didn't need that, a shavehook (whatever that does ) for 16p!

Just to remind everyone that stock may be limited and once it's gone, it's gone! As we are getting a new ranges on the DIY section very soon! :j:j

Well I went and got a few bits, I saw the exterior Dulex paint and had it in my basket, but put it back as I really don't have anything to paint!

I got a few packets of the sandpaper, as I'll need it one day, also got a pot of varnish for a ponud and wood dye for 44p. I'm sure they'll ocme in handy eventually.

I need more though and nowhere else stocks it in my area, so if I need to get any, I'll have to get it online at £7.99 a roll. Also got a tub of pollyfiller stuff for about 70p and some radiator paint for £1.41 ish, I'll definately need them all some day!

Oh and my big bargains where the Tommee Tippee micro steriliser for £4.99, marked at £17.49 but I got him to check it and it was only £4.99, only bought one the other week and don't have a baby so not sure what I'll do with them, also picked 5 underbed storage boxes up that where on the shelf priced 80p each, they went through at £4.97 but the manager agreed to honour it as she'd told me they where 80p as she walked past when I was looking.:D

Unfortunately I got no assignmnet work done today...back on it tomorrow!

i went to Merthyr Wilko's at 10am this morning and couldnt find any real bargains only the usual.
I really wanted the exterior paint and there was deulux white on the shelf but was £22
I was soo dissapointed.
oh well never mind

:eek: Im sorry to hear that, the price reductions are nationwide though so maybe that store just hadn't done its reductions, there was quite a hefty workload and I only just managed to get them all done before opening of trade, shame you didnt get someone to check the price

I work in the Walton branch in Surrey and we had loads of bargains, still quite a few left too, 50p for a Saw! 48p for a Spirit level, 23p for a screwdriver! :j

When I was in the broad street mall (a good few weeks ago) I saw a wilkinsons sign saying 'watch this space' I've checked the website but can't see anything.

I got all excited when I saw the sign! :rotfl:

Haha unfortunately you'll have to hold the excitement:p, it will be open soon but it normally takes quite a bit of time for them to fit the store out!

Wilkos will be in reading soon though :beer::j
