Any digital TV aerial recommendations

Options
hello i have just bought a new TV fro the bedroom and it has freeview built in i can get majority of the freeview channels but some of them i cant get with my current aerial i was looking to buy a aerial that i could mount on the wall some where i have seen some that are just flat in shape which look neat and tidy, i just wondered if anyone had any good recommendations for a good aerial preferably like mentioned above but all recommendations welcome, only preference is i need the amplifier to be built into aerial and not a separate unit ''sorry very fussy'' lol, thank you all.

The best way - in fact the only worthwhile way - is to have a new outside aerial fitted. It shouldn't need an amplifier at all, unless you are in a weak signal area. Even then, the amplifier should be mounted outside with the aerial.
I had a new outside aerial fitted for freeview a few months ago, and I'm not sorry.

i will eventually be having a new outsoor aerial but the main tv in living room is cable tv so its only the bedroom i want on freeview for time being, i had some quotes for outdoor aerial and i cant really afford it at moment as just lost job so i was just looking for a temp solution for minimal cost, but thank you for your suggestion and its something i will invest in the near future.

I can't really recommend any particular indoor type, but there is a way to try a few until you find one that works for you. Have a look at some reviews, then order an aerial online, but from the UK. Since online ordering is classed as distance selling, then the product is covered under the 14 day distance selling regulations.
This means you can try it and send it back for a full refund if it does not meet your needs. Watch out for expensive postage and packing though - I don't think this is refundable.

Have a look at neighboring aerials for getting the direction roughly correct, you can then tweek it a bit with the TV connected.

Aerials are grouped for different areas, however a wideband one would probably be the best for the loft.

    Something like:

Pick up bits from Wickes/Focus or similar.
