Purple Parking & APH - Gatwick airport parking

Purple Parking are very eager to take your money - but they are not so enthusiastic about giving correct information.
If you are unfortunate enough to give money to these people - watch out. The address they give you cannot be found on a sat nav. We put it in and ended up 14 minutes away.
It took us a while to find the APH site.
Apparently the address is not usuallly recognised on Sat navs, something PURPLE PARKING could not be bothered to let us know.
Next time we'll avoid them.
Cheers

Sorry to hear you had a problem with the sat nav. I've used both companies many times and found both to be excellent. PP closer, APH I'd say coaches come quicker and customer service better.
Did you put the postcode in for PP or the company itself? I know that the site has changed names a few times which may be responsible. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Surely they provided you with instrictions that would have got you there, no trouble at all, WITHOUT a Satnav (shock horror).
A postcode can cover a fair area - not always, but it can0 -
I use APH every time i fly from gatwick and have never had a problem. they have very clear directions when you book through them.aph wrote:FROM M25: Exit the M25 at Junction 7 (signposted Gatwick) and
join the M23 southbound. Exit the M23 at Junction 10 (DO NOT
take the Junction 9 exit to Gatwick). Turn onto the A264 signposted
East Grinstead and follow this road to the roundabout. Take
the 2nd exit staying on the A264. Carry on to the second roundabout,
take the 2nd exit keeping the Dukes Head Restaurant to your
right. Carry on for three quarters of a mile until you see the
large Shell Petrol Station. Turn into the petrol station forecourt
and APH's entrance is clearly signposted.
not their fault that your sat nav cant find it. I have used mine before and it got there straight away....0 -

What did you do before sat navs or did you not travel until they were invented. I use purple every time I travel because they offer the best value for money and I don't use sat nat, never have done. Also when you print your confirmation there is a link to a map, try it sometime it really works and is not difficult to read0
