The prize consists of two return tickets in std. class on the Eurostar train, from St Pancras International in London to Paris Gare Du Nord departing London St Pancras International on Friday 4th June 2010 and departing Paris Gare Du Nord on Saturday 5th June 2010 and two tickets to see Jarvis Cocker perform with Air in Muse! de la Musique in Paris on Friday 4th June 2010

T&Cs:
1. By entering this Prize Draw, the entrant will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

2. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Eurostar Group Limited and Eurostar International Limited (together referred to as "Eurostar"), their affiliate companies, their families or agents or anyone associated with this Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry to this Prize Draw is free and is automatic upon submission of the online entry form.
4. This Prize Draw is limited to one entry per person. If any multiple entries are received then only the first entry will be considered valid.

5. The Prize Draw runs from 12:00am GMT on Wednesday 19th May 2010 until 11:59pm GMT on Monday 31st May 2010 (“Closing Date”) inclusive.
6. There are two (2) prizes available under this Prize Draw.
7. Each prize consists of two (2) return tickets in standard class on the Eurostar train, from St Pancras International in London to Paris Gare Du Nord departing London St Pancras International on Friday 4th June 2010 and departing Paris Gare Du Nord on Saturday 5th June 2010 and two (2) tickets to see Jarvis Cocker perform with Air in Muse! de la Musique in Paris on Friday 4th June 2010 (“Concert Tickets”). The Concert Tickets have a face value of €30 each and are in “CAT.2 STALLS – standing place”.
8. The Prize Draw will take place at 12:00pm GMT on Tuesday 1st June 2010 and the winners will be chosen randomly. The winners will be notified by email or telephone within one (1) day of the Prize Draw with details of how to claim their prize.
9. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they have provided Eurostar with a valid working email address. If the email should bounce, then Eurostar will attempt to contact the winner by any phone number provided by the winner at the time of entry. The winner has one (1) day after being contacted to respond to Eurostar, if return contact is not made within that time period the prize will be forfeited without exception. All prizes will be given to the winners at St Pancras International Station in London on Friday 4th June 2010.
10. The prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative for any of the prizes.

11. Proof of sending entries is not proof of receipt and Eurostar does not accept any responsibility for incomplete or illegible entries. No responsibility will be taken for lost entries.

12. Entrants accept that Eurostar has the right (without any additional payment or permission) to use their name, age, town, county or country of residence or likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner and for related promotional purposes. Upon receipt of the entries, all entries will become the property of Eurostar and will not be returned to entrants. Entrants hereby assign to Eurostar all worldwide copyright and like rights in their entries and waive all moral rights.

13. The winners and their chosen companions must travel together on both the outbound and the return journeys on the Eurostar train.
14. No alterations, exchanges or refunds of the Eurostar tickets will be permitted.

15. The prize does not include any other incidentals including, but not limited to, meals, drinks, mini-bars, telephone calls, travel insurance, accommodation, the cost of transportation to and from St Pancras International in London and at the destination and the cost of transportation between Paris Gare Du Nord and Muse! de la Musique. These are the responsibility of the winner.

16. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Previous bookings made prior to and, for travel during the validity of, this prize cannot be exchanged or refunded for any ticket acquired in accordance with this prize.

17. The winners and their chosen companions must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. Eurostar will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements. The winners are strongly advised to take out adequate levels of travel insurance.
18. The winners and their chosen companions must check in at least thirty (30) minutes before departure and may not be allowed to board the train if they do not do so. Eurostar will not be liable for any passengers failing to make the departure time indicated on their tickets.
19. Eurostar shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the entrant or a third party.
