Have to give Dyson a bit of praise here.
E-mailed them to say that a part of my hoover was broken and was i was a year out of my guarantee, was not too happy that it did not last longer than 3 years.
They asked for my serial number and said that they would send one out asap, took 3 days and there was no charge
Great service and i would buy a Dyson again, not only great products but great customer service!

Yes there customer service is good, did you get a new Dyson then?
I rang them a few months back and they sent me a new part where the dust collects it has the fine filter cyclone in it they told me it might be that, that makes the Dyson work harder and those motor cuts out. That didnt solve it so I rang again and they said they would be a charge for a new motor and anything else but it wasnt a great deal about £40. The engineer came put a new motor in and I said how much? he said no charge. Works fine now. I no you pay a bit more for Dyson but it is for good customer service. They even sent me a £50 voucher first time aorund but it was for a dyson online at Dyson and you can get them cheaper in the stores0 -
I got the part I needed replaced, Saved me £33
Hoover still works perfectly and i agreed that although you pay more you do get a better quality product!0 -
Yup, have to agree, great on phone, item was out of warranty, their man turns up, if it was their fault, he'd fix it if not then we'd need to pay..............something simple had come loose, arrived on time left after a 1/2 hour, great service.........5*****0
