Does any one know if it is the net or gross income taken into account on income from a private pension & state pension, also have very small amount of savings so do they count interest on them as well?

Does anyone know about this?
Any help appreciated,0 -
As it is based on household income I'd presume it takes into consideration gross income as that is what student loans and most income assessed benefits are based on. But for a definitive answer you should call the EMA helpline or request an information pack0

Was trying to work out if granddaughter will be entitled with our pensions & small savings, also although she has lived with us for a few years now we are not her legal guardians and do not get any child benefit as her mother still insists on claiming that.0
