Pathway to Work ESA ?????????

Hi, I am sorry that I keep coming up with these questions, but reading the posts brings more questions to mind.
Can someone please tell me what this 'Pathway to Work' thing is all about. I put in a claim for ESA in Oct 09, had a medical in Jan 10 which I failed, and expecting a Tribunal hearing in September 10.
No one has asked, suggested or written to me about this interview. Is it for everyone and what is it's purpose?
If it is for everyone, is it possible that they have forgotten about me, and should I start complaining? Is it part of the claiming process?
Thanks

Hi thanks for the link. Although it refers to Northern Ireland I presume that it is the same here in the UK.
Well it appears that I should be involved in this scheme given the requirements.
I think I had better ring the DWP and complain
Thanks once again0 -

Northern Ireland IS part of the United Kingdom! (Tends to upset 90% of the population suggesting otherwise)!
Hence The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
That said it is a perfectly reasonable question and the answer is yes.0 -
Its the same in the UK as it is in northern Ireland but most people dont want to go on Pathways to Work so it will probably amuse them someone complaining about not being called.0

Thanks - hey I am game for a bit of fun at their expense. To be honest, I wouldn't mind seeing what they could come up with for me. Probably a waste of time, but hey that is all I have at the moment. It would certainly be very interesting!!!!!0
