Hello,

Got a question regarding cash-back by redemption from dial-a-phone:

Is current bill the only thing that should be contained in a claim letter or should I write a letter stating my dial-a-phone account reference number, that I want to claim yours sincerely etc etc?

Thanks 4 your help.

Hi, I have always sent a short covering letter with the information you mention. In the past I have post dated letters for each cash back period and had them ready for when the bill arrives. (Just helps to minimise the risk of forgetting/missing the deadline)

    I sent my letters recorded

Never had a redemption declined that way, good for the peace of mind too (and the fact you can blame RM if it goes wrong )

Blaming them won't get you your cashback from anyone.

I've heard that putting anything more than exact documentation required can invalidate the claim -therefore I am asking whether the covering letter is really required.

Thanks for conclusive answer based on your experience.

Ive done several redemptions from them. I just send the bill, keeping a copy for my own records. Never ever has any problem with them.

Thanks will write a short cover letter then just in case the person at the receiving end will have no clue what I am about ;)

Which address are you sending it to?

I've done my contract in Oct 2009 and the address in paperwork differs from the address on my user panel although it is written there that they moved offices in 2008? :(
