Hi
Can anybody advice.....A&L have made an offer, after I complained about mis-selling.
The thing is they say they will pay-out when I surrender the bond, is this right???
Can I not keep the bond (which is with another company) and A&L pay out regardless, as they have admitted they have done wrong by me?
