Every year, our good friends at Men's Health hold a competition to find a cover model - the kind of guy who looks good, has a fine set of abs and no problem with taking his shirt off! This year, the gym-goers bible is also looking for a gorgeous girl to put on their cover, and they've asked for our help to find her.
So, do you think you have what it takes to stand beside a hot guy on the cover of the UK's best-selling men's lifestyle magazine? If so, read on...
Men's Health is searching for a fit and confident lady, whose stunning physique is matched by her personality, drive and healthy lifestyle. If you think you fit the bill, then enter the MH Cover Model 2010 competition, sponsored by leading professional hair care and styling experts Remington.
To enter, you'll need at least three colour photos of yourself: one of your face, a full-length shot of you in a bikini from the front, and a full-length shot of you in a bikini from the side.
You'll need to explain in no more than 100 words why you deserve to be on the cover of Men's Health, including any interesting details about yourself, your fitness regime or any obstacles you've overcome to earn a Cover Model physique.
