Second hand Ipod Help

I've just bought my first ipod.
Its second hand off one of my immediate colleagues at work, its rather irritating because its set up with his information. I dont want to be greeted with his name when I start it up etc etc.
Does anyone know how to change the owner information, or do a hard reset?
Model is 30gb MA444ZP

Connect it to iTunes and double click on the device name. It will allow you to change it.
Is that what you meant? Or is it something you see when you switch the ipod on?0 -
In the "about" section its listed as "Daniels IP" I want that changedProud of who, and what, I am. :female::male::cool:0

If you want to clean everything off, when its plugged into the PC/MAC go into iTunes. From here you can go into the ipod summery page and choose restore and away you go.
