I lost my waist strap for my berghaus 24/7 rucksack and had looked through various sites to try to buy a replacement all to no avail.
Emailed Berghaus explaining my plight and they replied saying to send my address and they would send me a free replacement.
It arrived the next day, excellent customer service. :T
