Does anyone know what happened with zing magazine?

Just requested my refund by phone. Was told would be charged for the 2 copies I have received and will receive a refund for the balance within 21 days, no mention of a complimentary copy. Will see what happens.

At the moment we are still waiting for a next issue.

I really understand that you have a right to be disappointed.

That’s way we would like to offer you a refund for outstanding numbers of your magazine.

You should received your refund within 21 workings days.

When we sort it out things with the magazine I’ll post to you next two copy of the magazine as a complimentary copy free of charge.

Please let me know what do you thing about it.

In order to process your refund can you please supply me with your name surname address and postcode.

I asked Zing for a refund of my subscription a couple of months ago, and finally got a cheque today.

I e-mailed last week to radek.koziol@redapplepublishing.co.uk, got the same reply as other posters and received cheque back today.

Missed this thread and had totally forgotten about Zing, but got a similar e-mail today:

Dear subscriber

Due the various delays in publication we have decided to refund your outstanding subscription to Zing!.

We intend to publish Zing! again on a regular basis from the end of 2007. As soon as we start publishing we will send you a complimentary copy of each issue until the end of 2008 as a small thank you for your patience and understanding.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very happy Christmas and a prosperous new year.

Yesterday online they were doing subscriptions still for Zing mag..... or maybe it was zest??. No idea, oops, hehehe

Yep I got that email today as well.
BUT.............. over a month ago had one saying I'd get my refund in 21 days...........well its way over 21 days now..................so where's the money?????
