    Hello all! Sorry for the late posting!

    This week is the following:

    Monday: lasagne and pesto pasta combo
    Tuesday: HM KFC and Actifry chips - Incidentally does anyone know if I could actifry the KFC?
    Wednesday: Out for Thai food
    Thursday: Grilled chicken salad and balsamic dressing
    Friday: Cheese sandwhiches and tomato soup
    Saturday: Roast chicken soup
    Sunday: Quiche and Salad

    Late poster too!

    Wed -Hm chicken curry {already made - just needs defrosting} with rice.
    Thur - Tomatoey type veg stew.
    Fri - Fish pie made with my reduced cod and green beans and carrots.
    Sat - Lunch at friends so something simple, light and quick for dinner like a sandwich or some soup.
    Sun - Pork chops, colcannon, and vegetables {whatever is looks good and is cheap from the thursday market}.
