    Hi Guys!

Next week is going to be a difficult one as OH is going in for a leg operation and will be laid up for a while, so need easy meals that DD & I can do. A few friends have offered to do meals, so will take them up on it when they offer:D...so far it looks like this:

    Mon-Spagbol & Salad (Feeding MIL)
Tues-Quiche, New Pots & Salad (Feeding MIL again)
Wed-Hopefully taking DD out before OH goes in
    Thurs-Fishfingers, chips & beans (easy)
    Fri-Chilli, salad & Tacos
    Sat-???? (easy)
Sun-Shepherds Pie & Veg (In freezer ready to go)

I am really NOT looking forward to this week.

    Have a good one.

    PP

As for the past couple of weeks, nearly everything I've got this week is from the freezer - after this week, it should be empty enough to get it defrosted. :j

I've got (freezer stuff in blue):

Friday - LO sausage pasta bake from Thursday
Saturday - takeaway fish, chips and mushy peas
Sunday - warm chicken and bacon salad with HM caesar dressing and LO chippy chips
    Monday - gardener's pie and LO p1ssaladiere
Tuesday - steak and ale pie, cheesy-topped root veg mash and steamed spring greens
Wednesday - veggie noodles, steak and BBQ sauce
Thursday - cheese, tomato and salami pasta bake

    Have a nice week, everyone.

PP - best wishes to your OH for his op.
Back after a very long break!

Something new for me...not been here before but hopefully this'll help me budget better and make the food I have last! (The 'another lot in freezer' is where I'm making extra and freezing it) ....So...
    Sunday - steak salad
Monday - meatballs in sauce with veg (another lot in freezer)
Tuesday - Turkey burgers and salad (another lot in freezer)
Wednesday - Pork chop and veg
Thursday - Sweet and sour chicken (another lot in freezer)
    Friday - takeaway night
Saturday - gammon, egg and pineapple
Sunday - Mince in tomato sauce with veg (another lot in freezer)
Monday - chicken korma with veg (another lot in freezer)
Tuesday - chicken drumsticks and salad
Wednesday - sausage and veg (2 x another lot in freezer)
Thursday - gammon, egg and pineapple
    Friday - takeaway night
Saturday - Pork steak/chop with veg
Sunday - Mince with tomato sauce and veg - from freezer...

Ok, I know it's two weeks but I know I've enough meat in the freezer and coming Wednesday to get me through this far....wish me luck people!
