Moving TV & Sky to Other Side of Room

Hi
I want to rearrange my living room and this includes moving the TV, Sky box etc to the other side of the room (approx 12 feet away).
At the moment, my Sky dish is on the back of the house and the cabling comes in through the back wall to the dining room, along the skirting board there, through the adjoining wall into the living room, where it is plugged into the sky box, TV etc.
Is it possible to simply buy a cable to extend the Sky cable so that I can move the whole lot to the other corner of the room?
