hi im a bit confussed recieved my provisional tax credit award and even though i have phoned to renew they have based it on year before last figure plus as it says people normal get a pay rise.so say 2008/2009 i earned £10000 they now basing it on £10435 even though i have given them the correct figures for tax year 2009/2010.they have got the figures down i give them as estimated for year 2010/2011.im conffused and and know that they are over paying me
