Terms and Conditions.
Closing date June 18, 2010, midnight. The winners will be selected at random and notified within 28 days of the closing date. The judge¹s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative. No multiple entries. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of receipt. No purchase necessary. Promotions open to UK residents over 18 years of age, except employees of TMG, our promotional partners, their families, friends or agents. If the prize becomes unavailable for whatever reason, TMG reserves the right to substitute the prize for an equivalent or greater value.
Requirements for Participation
You must bring both parts of your full current, unrestricted UK driving licence issued by the DVLA and present it at registration. If using an ACU licence you must be 18 years of age or older and if using a Scottish ACU licence you MUST bring your passport to confirm your age. It is your responsibility to pass the noise limit set for that particular event. Any failure of the noise test will result in your bike not being allowed on the circuit. Restricted, and MSA licences are not accepted.
All riders must wear at all times, whilst on the circuit:
- One or two piece leather suits that MUST zip together the whole way round, this means 360 degrees
- A helmet that meets BSI 6658 type A and the ACU gold stamp
- Leather motorcycle boots
- Leather motorcycle gloves
- Ideally a back protector
- Titanium sliders are prohibited.
Yellow Jackets
All first time track days riders must wear a Focused Events yellow jacket, as it identifies them to other riders that this is their first track day and will ride in the novice group.
Times of Arrival
Signing on starts at 7:30 am
Safety Briefing is 8.30. Any rider who misses the safety briefing will miss their first session
Sign-on for Brands Hatch on Sundays is 8:30am and Mallory Park on Sundays which is 8:00am with the safety briefing and hour after that.
Miscellaneous
TANK MOUNTED CAMERAS and BRACKETS or HELMET MOUNTED CAMERAS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please note: No animals are allowed at any of our track days
