Orange Mobile Broadband Help

Hi,
I could do with some help please? I have a 18 month contract with Orange for mobile broadband. Basically since the 28th of April i have not been receiving the service i had previously. The internet is none existent and takes ages to load a page. I ahve spoken to Orange who agree they are at fault and have notified me that it is something to do with the mast and it not passing on data (im not sure of the exacts as i am not that technical). They have agreed to credit the full month due to lack of service and have said to ring back on the 28th of May to see if it is still not working.
My question is, if it is still not sorted by then am i well within my rights to cancel the contract as they are not giving me the service we agreed??
Thanks in advance for anyones help!!!
