Are there any companies that specialise in 4x4 insurance and have good prices?

Hi,

Not sure I can help a great deal but my husband insures his Land Rover with Frizzel and he seems to have a good price from them.

Try and get hold of a copy of one of the Land Rover magazines, they have adverts in the back for companies that specialize in 4x4's so there may be something in there that helps.

Try the owner's club for your vehicle.

We have a Pajero (like a Shogun but a Japanese import with a higher spec) and had quite high quotes, but reading the forums and then going via some links on the Pajero owners club web site produced a dramaticly lower figure from a couple of insurers. In the end we plumped for Liverpool Victoria who were very helpful, but the spec of the vehicle had to match one of those on their list EXACTLY. Fortunately ours did.
