Hi can any one help got xp home every time i put in a web site i get error 400 what can i do and also how can i make a recovery disc ?

HTTP error 400 means "bad request" - the web site you are trying to contact could not understand your connection attempt.
Firstly, I'd check that you haven't mis-typed the web address, then maybe try run a virus/malware scan in case a rogue program is intercepting and modifying web traffic.
Does the problem happen in both IE and Firefox?0 -
Hi i only use IE i have run all sorts of checks even copy & paste the web address but still get the same..even if i do a search say for microsoft i get plenty of sites click on any one wait for the page to come up and still get error0
