    GUTTED! put my order through a few days ago for two of them went to collect them today and had a nightmare. The store had received them signed them in as received stock but they werent there in the stock room. They went through the file of received orders and 4 other people had ordered the same thing and had theirs. They called through to head office who refunded £20 (i had only paid £10 but they refunded the £10 off voucher too) but couldnt reorder them as out of stock. The herbert who was serving us never said sorry and was worse than useless so I asked for a manager who came down and she was lovely. I mentioned how much of a bargain they were and there was no way I would get two at that price again and also that I had read on here the confusion of people getting a box and thinking only one was in it and that maybe someone had been given two boxes. She agreed that had probably happened and so they took my details and said they would look into it and ring the other people who had the orders earlier that day to see if they had been given 4 scooters not two and hoped someone would be honest and return them knowing a child (my 4 year old was with me) would be disapppointed. They are going to call me back but she said they would probably try and track down more stock or give us two similar scooters for same price. I said I had lost out on the £10 voucher as wouldnt be able to use that again (although they did in fact refund it) and she said they would sort that out too. Any other ideas what I should be saying she was really helpful but was going on holiday and i am not too confident the CS twerp who served us will actually ever get back to me. :-(

    ordered 2 but on collection there was only one a helpful SA called headoffice and they said they will credit me £40 original price of scooter, will have to wait and see.

    I recieved a call Saturday morning from my local Tesco direct saying my order was ready for collection (had ordered one pink and one blue early Fri morning) - however had another call later on from Tesco Direct CS to say that unfortunately there was only the blue scooter in the package as there was a stocking issue with the pink scooter - he was very apologetic and they have credited my account with the 10 pounds I paid (for both scooters) so in effect I got the blue scooter completely free :)

    Only downside was DD was a little disappointed but I will sort her another scooter out from somewhere.

    I would imagine if you ordered a pink scooter after I did you may not recieve it

    I think it depends when you ordered.

    I ordered about 10.30 on Friday morning and my collection was after 4pm on Sat 22nd (though they call about 11am to let me know my order was waiting)

    I ordered 1 of each at 9.40 on Sat got a confirmation email at 9.50 then thought to ring my sister who then placed the same order but about 1hr later both were to be collected Sat after 4pm. I got a call from tesco direct Sat morn saying the pink was oos and they would refund me but the blue was ok called my sister she hadn't got a call. I collected my 1 blue but she cldn't collect until Sun where both had been sent to the store but when she got there only the pink was there and they didn't know what had happened to it although there was 2 other blue ones there they were for other people and they couldn't give her those but obviously they must have given her one to someone else and they only gave her a refund for £5 for the missing one. My point being it seems really random who gets what it certainly is not in order as I know people who ordered after me still got pink ones massive errors when u collect in store different refund experiences I have told my sister she should ring and ask for atleast the £10 refund as the voucher code is not able to be used again and it was there error. Although at the end of the day £5 for 1 is still a bargain thanks to op

    Just spoken to them and they have 'found' two more scooters (whether they got these back from someone who had them in error or got two more delivered?) and we can go and pick them up today. They wanted to put them through at £8.74 each meaning it would be £17.48 which I disputed and said but I paid £10 for two so they agreed to put them through at £5 each. We did get a £20 refund because of the money off voucher so I originally paid £10 got £20 refunded and then these new ones will cost £10 so two scooters and a profit of £10. Thanks bundles OP.

    Yes I agree it does seem a bit random - the pink scooter didn't sell out online until Friday lunchtime -it seems a bit odd.
    However I am happy I got the blue scooter for free that to me is a bit of a bargain (not too fussed about using the voucher again and wasn't aware they would refund you cash for a money off voucher - espec since it was supposed to be 10 off 75 :D)
