Hi
i have recently split with my (violent ex) partner and changed my home phone number (BT) they did it for free due to nuisance calls, but I have now found out that he has been in my house using an old key (locks now changed) and somehow got my new number-probably phoned his mobile from my landline or something:mad:
anyway I highly doubt they will change it again for free and so Im wondering how much Im likely to have to pay.
or maybe someone can tell of a way they might change it again free of charge,
thank you in advance

They should be sympathetic towards you.....they have a special team that helps and advises people having nuisance calls. I'd be surprised if they didn't offer another new number free.
By the way, if you haven't done so already, my advice would be to contact your local police station and explain what's been going on.

thank you for your reply
I had thought about contacting the police but wasnt sure if it would make the situation worse, was hoping the problem would just go away, but Im re-thinking that idea now,
