Halifax Cash Card

Ok this is'nt my problem it's my girlfriend's I'm just trying to get some info and confirm some suspicions.
Well basically on monday my girlfriend had her job seekers paid into her account only to find £30 had been taken out.
When she contacted them they said their was £15 and some penny's in direct debit charges and that they would refund the £15.
Now baring in mind she hasnt used the card for about 2 months, and the last time she withdrew money she left just over £2 in the account. She has no standing orders setup on this particular account and she has not tried using the card since her last transaction.
When she requested the details for these direct debit's, she was refused. Her money still has not been paid into the account either even though its now been over 72 hours and they said it would take 48 hours.
Now am i right in thinking that a cash card can't go overdrawn for starter's?? Especially if there is no standing order's???
Am i also correct in thinking that they MUST give her the details of these charges when requested?
We are going to the bank in the morning at some point to try get this sorted, im just looking through the net to try get myself some "ammunition"(for lack of a better word haha!) incase they attempt to "fob" us off like i had in the past when halifax screwed up and cost me hundreds in charges and only gave me £30 and a half hearted apology.
Any help would be EXTREMELY helpful and appreciated. Thank you.

If she's certain that there are no direct debits or standing orders on the account, then I'd make a complaint that there's been fraud on the account.0
