Travel insurance if you have had a stroke.

Can anybody tell me if you can get travel insurance for someone who has had a stroke. A friend of mine wants to go abroad next year, he had a stroke last August, so by the time he wants to go away it will be over a year since he had his stroke, and no strokes since. He does realise that he might have to pay some extra.
I do hoe tha someone can help me.

Tilly - you can insure for anything, and I mean anything. The question is is it wort or can you afford the premiums?
