dodgy tesco chicken drumsticks

last night mr mob made some tesco barbeque chicken drumsticks.

usually they are very nice.

as i was busy sorting chops out (the baby) he had already scoffed 3 when i started mine. one bite was enough for me, it tasted horrid. mr mob said he thought they tasted a little different and today hes paid for it.

however weve already chucked the remains in a bin bag and put the full bin bag in the cupboard in the garden to keep the fioxes away. therefore we dont want to go rooting through a load f rubbish to find the leftovers so we can complain.

can we complain anyway?

If I still had the receipt then yes I would see customer services and get a refund or replacement. No big song and dance, and I'm sure they would oblige. And even if I did have the remaining dodgy meat I don't think I'd stink my car out by taking it back to Tesco. I'm sure that wouldnt be a problem.

  • the receipt and packaging should be enough - ring the store first and they should invite you in for a full refund

If you have the remains carry them into the store at arms length you will have no trouble getting your money back I assure you, especially if you have long arms!
