Ladbrokes .... deposit and in-shop withdrawal?

One of my egg cards is due to go up from 3.9% to 15.9% at end beginning of october however I see egg money are going to be applying a 2% fee for gambling transactions from sept 1st.
can anyone verify they have had no problems depositing around 1.5k into ladbrokes and going into a shop and withdrawing it?
