Eating Near Alton Towers

I know there have been a few threads like this recently, but none have really answered what I want to ask.
I'm going to Alton Towers in June, and I am thinking ahead about food in the evenings. I am staying in a B&B in Alton, quite near to the park, so I am looking for ideas as to where to eat in the village. I will be on foot, so obviously nothing too far away!
I'm not really picky as to what the food is, so any and all recommendations are appreciated. I'd also be interested in any details for takeaways that will deliver.

It would be a good idea for you to ask your host at the B&B. They would probably know best.
