JSA problems

I'm looking for some advice. I'm in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance, which I claim for both my wife and I. I'm also on our local libraries' relief assistants list. I started shifts in March, and have had two wages from them. I have a zero hour contract, and am offered shifts as and when they are available. I have never hidden any of this from the Job Centre and am always up front about the hours I've worked (which, to be honest, are pretty few and far between). The Job Centre are also in contact with the library to confirm my hours, so they know any hours I declare are accurate.
However, today I received a letter from the Job Centre stating that I will now only be receiving £17.20 per week for JSA as there has been a change in my working circumstances. I called the Job Centre, and was advised that they have on record that I am now receiving £116 (and some change) per month, hence why they have re-calculated. I explained (again) the situation I am in, and that I cannot guarantee that level of income every month. I am waiting for a call back from another department, but my issue is that since I started receiving wages from this job I have had nothing but hassles. I have to call JSA regularly, and restate my case, but it seems to fall on deaf ears. I am not trying to scam anyone, and am happy to pay back (on an instalment plan) anything I have been overpaid. This situation will also impact my housing benefit and CT benefit, and, as my wife and I have had no maintenance from my stepson's biological father in 8 months, money is already incredibly tight. The £100.95 a week we get barely keeps us afloat, so what can we do?

Turns out Job Centre miscalculated my earnings. Seems to be sorted now.0

OP, l can't recall the name of the form, but you should be filling in a form (for part time workers) with the details of any paid work you undertake during the last claim period. You hand this form in each time you sign and they give you another. You do this even if you haven't had any work0

The form is called a B7 and yes you are correct it should be completed every time you sign even if you have not done any work during that period.0
