I considered it, but think it would be more trouble than it's worth given that there is nothing else major to be done, and that the other lessee seems to have very little clue when it comes to leasehold rights/responsibilities etc.0

Don't know - haven't had the bill. Council unsure when we will get it... Feels as though they have said to contractors 'We've got X number of properties, they all need their rooves replacing, get on with it and send us the bill when you're done'. They seem to know nothing about the schedule of works or billing...0
